  • Orchestrated the casting of  200+ models for high-end beauty global campaigns and Lifestyle e-commerce
  • Supported the casting process in creating work back schedules, rate and usage negotiations, tracking availability, optioning, and booking talent. Duties include:
    • Communicated with talent agencies to request packages and collect model information into an organized spreadsheet including contact info, sizing, and direct portfolio links for the casting director to review.

    • Created Keynote decks of model selects for an easily digestible presentation 
    • Address creative feedback to option models that fit the brief criteria and within the production schedule while adapting to last-minute adjustments.
